RTS network video encoders provide high-quality D1 full frame rate video using variable bit rate or constant bit rate encoding.
This makes them ideal for mission-critical applications in a wide
range of applications and industries including : airports, seaports,
casinos, government facilities, city centers, financial institutions,
warehouses and more.

RTS Vega-U1000TM rack solution has hot-swap blade encoders and diagnostic information for the
performance of the blades, power supply and fan units. It is 19" standard rack mountable.

Video Analytics(VA)

Video analytics software provided along with the rack solution allows users to help detect video
motion. Video motion detection is a fast and reliable tool for managing incidents. This video analytics
software alerts operators to incidents so they can assess and initiate the proper response. Several
benefits from this video analytics software include the followings.

- Presence : helps detect any object shown in the pre-selected zone
- Zones : helps users set up important areas in "trip wire" or "zone"
- Multiple target tracking : helps track 100 objects simultaneously
- Number of zones : helps set, up to 40 zones
- Camera tamper detection : helps detect sudden move of cameras, hanging down of cameras,
   blocking of images from cameras, as well as out-of-focus
