RTS was established in 1993 as a private company offering vision inspection cameras, and
was incorporated in 1998. Since 1998, it has been engaged in research, development and
manufacturing of machine vision inspection system.
Company characteristics RTS focus vary. First, RTS is a technology-oriented, R&D-intensive company. It offers Micro Chip Inspection System™ which inspect micro multi-layer ceramic chips such as MLCC and varistors used in the electronic goods, front & backend 2D & 3D inspection system for the semiconductor industry, and AOI(Automated Optical Inspection) systems for flat panel displays.
RTS is a leading provider in localizing machine vision inspection in Korea which was once a barren land in this technology. RTS has created substitution of many inspection systems from foreign to domestic one, in the electric & electronic components and FPD manufacturing
industry, relied 100% on imported inspection system back then.
